You will be in good hands with our experienced instructors. They will work with you individually to make sure you get the most from our program. Phillip and Shannon Henry are the owners of the Morehead City karate school.
Phillip has earned master and above in 3 styles of Korean martial arts, is a certified personal trainer, and holds specialized certifications in Youth Exercise, Behavioral Change, Fitness Nutrition and more.
Master Shannon is a 5th degree black belt, Early Childhood Education Specialist, board member for Carteret Smart Start, and published illustrator.
We have a team of instructors ready to help you and give the attention you deserve!
